How to Use
When filling this hot water bottle do not use boiling water and fill to a maximum of two-thirds capacity or less. Do not overfill as this might cause the bottle to burst.
Hold the bottle by the neck in an upright position and fill slowly to avoid hot water splashing back. Expel air from the bottle by lowering it carefully onto a flat surface until water appears at the opening. Screw the stopper sufficiently tight to ensure that there is no leakage. Finger-tight should be adequate.
Finally, make sure the funnel is empty. If there is a possibility that prolonged contact with the skin could occur, an adequate cover should be used to prevent burns. Under no circumstances should the hot water bottle be used as a cushion and be sat on.
Do not fill using the water from a domestic hot water system as this can considerably shorten the life of the hot water bottle. Prevent contact with hot surfaces. Prevent contact with oil or grease. Do not place anything on top of the bottle during storage. Check the bottle and stopper for wear and damage prior to use. Stop using immediately at the first signs of wear, damage or perishing. Using the bottle every day for prolonged periods of time can shorten its lifespan.
Only use the stopper provided with this bottle, using another stopper could potentially compromise the bottle's integrity.
When using a Cassandra back opening cover with this bottle, always place the opening of the cover face down if using in a bed. Always ensure that the cover is completely closed with the hook and loop fixings before use, to prevent the bottle becoming exposed. Even when using the bottle with a cover you should take precautions not to have direct prolonged contact with the same area of skin.
For bottles with covers included - If there are decorative parts such as ribbons, please remove these before use.

What is the cost of shipping?
A charge of €6.95 applies on all products to anywhere in Ireland.
Next-Day delivery on most items ordered before 12 noon Irish time.
For any Shipping outside of Ireland please contact us for our competitive rates.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
If it is a stock item, once we receive the order before 12pm you will receive next day delivery in most cases. An Post advise us delivery is between 1-3 days but they have provided a fantastic next day service to date. UK orders may take between 3-5 days. If it is a non-stock item it will take longer but we will communicate with you to give an accurate delivery date. Generally it will be within a week from time of ordering. We understand the need to receive our products as soon as possible so we make every effort to deliver without delay.
